    Former journalist Rabindra Mishra on Wednesday registered an application at the Election Commission of Nepal asking it to secure the name and election symbol of his yet-to-be formed political party.The party has been named Sajha Party and it's chosen “scale” (taraju) because its election symbol, according to of

    members of the founding team.Mishra brought his media career to a close to jump on the bandwagon of national healthcare. He was the chief editor of BBC Nepali Service.The Election Commission has currently halted the registration of new political parties.Mishra is the coordinator of Sajha Party.     former bureaucrats, intellectuals and journalists additionally on board with Mishra in his team. In a statement issued yesterday, Mishra revealed that the party will embrace “Welfare Democracy and Liberal Welfare Economy” as its ideologies. Mishra has announced that his party will aim at creating a common platform to bring

    together honest and capable Nepalis all walks of life for the sake of clean politics to transform Nepal.He has urged customers to come forward and utilise the platform “for the peaceful, graceful, patriotic and development-focused political uprising.”
