Local level election: Security beefed up at bordering Bara and Parsa. On account of the local level elections scheduled for May 14, Armed Police Force (APF) has stepped up security at bordering area with India in the Districts - Parsa and Bara.

As part of the security arrangement that aims to hold the polls in a good and peaceful manner, patrolling and checking are being set up on a daily basis, APF Deputy Inspector General Narendra Kumar Singh told Rastriya Samachar Samiti.
