eader Khanal claimed that the CPN (UML) has been effortful to create environment conducive for holding elections of all three levels. He blamed the Morcha leaders of trying to get the constitutional rights to organise peaceful gathering. Stressing the need to consider the country towards prosperity through election, leader Khanal said, “Action should be taken against the guilty for this violent Tikapur incident.” Also speaking on the occasion, Vice-Chairman Bhim Rawal said the Indian government should beg apology on Kanchanpur incident in which a Nepali national was gunned down by Indian security forces. He said how the CPN (UML) has needed to establish peace and stability in the country by holding election as soon as possible. Party leaders-Madhav Kumar Nepal and General Secretary, Ishwor Pokharel - were also present within gathering. Meanwhile, CPN-UML Vice-Chairperson Bamdev Gautam has asserted that they would not allow the parliament to endorse amendment to the constitution.
