Speaking at a press meet in Biratnagar organised by the Election Commission, Yadav said that the elections would be held on the scheduled date.
Yadav further called for the political parties to cooperate for your poll success.
Referring to the constitutional provision that two seats at each and every ward are available for women, one of which is a must for a Dalit woman, Yadav requested the media to educate the public about the provision.
Meanwhile, responding using a question of a journalist, Yadav said sections about Hindu state and monarchy in the Rastryia Prajantra Party charter were at odds with the constitutional provision of impact all civilian federal secular democratic republic.
He further went on to say that the sections were obliterated following a consultation with legal advisers.
In another context, Yadav said that provincial and federal elections could halt held together due to time limits.
