Bal Bahadur KC was born July 17, 1953 in Salyan-3 of Solukhumbu. He soon began his political career from student movement. He is contesting from Solukhumbu the actual planet CA Election 2013 representing Nepali Congress. In 1971, KC was elected as president of Nepal Student Union, Mahendra Ratna Campus and went on to always be the central president with the NSU from 1984 till 1988. He also served the party as secretary of NC, Solu. He's held several ministries on various occasion including Youth, Sports and Culture Minister in 1997, General Administration and Labor Minister in 2000, and Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Minister in 2002. He had bitten by the twigs.
