Another SSFN leader Shailendra Prasad Shah said: "Toppling of incumbent government led by KP Sharma Oli, who holds negative attitude towards Madhes, came as a respite to us, however, I urge Madhesi Morcha leaders not to participate in the government unless the constitution is amended to address our demands.
